Tentang kerja..

Ada banyak benda yang mempengaruhi hidup kita ni. especially dalam masa bekerja. ada kala kita malas sangat nak buat kerja, ada kala tersangat rajin.. Adakala kita bersifat lepas tangan disebabkan malas nak ambik tahu, tak minat, no concerned dengan kita, kalau tak buat pun tak jadi hal especially kalau kita ada backup person. ada kalanya benda yang bukan kerja kita pun, kita sibuk-sibuk nak buat. ada yg sbb mmg pennyibuk, ada yang memang sibuk2 nak buat sebab very interest dengan jobs tu.

Same as me here... Recently there's a lot of changes in company organization as well as payroll team in my HR Dept. Me is only IT person who admin the payroll system, which is my knowledge on HR at first is zero. The first place you go when you joined the company is HR. HR kira gaji orang. HR managed orang, HR managed the company, HR rules the company. Janji bulan2 dapat gaji... as simplest as that.

But then after joined payroll team, i guess my point of view also change 360 degree's. Payroll process is not easy like ABC 123. It's complicated... and more complicated when the system cannot support your requirement... dang! It's even worst when one after another mistakes happened. It's already 8 wonderful years, error and mistakes handling people's money still makes me creeky and junky when comes payroll time. Yarksss.. i don't like kira duit orang. I just like it when i received the money in cash! Give me the money...!

It's even the worst-worst feeling you have when you as IT admin cannot do anything about the system. arrghh... such a bad feeling, like want to throw yourself out of the earth when your user said stupid system you hanle. And a why question.. kenapa lah aku yang handle system ni... yarksss tak sukanyaaa.. nak pengsan rasa.. My consultant said that i dah jadi HR team, semua kerja HR you buat, you should mintak transfer to HR Dept! errr...errr HR yang tak nak i my dear. Diorang nak guna i for free cost i guess. My salary paid by IT dept.

By the way, these few days i got a chance to visit 3 big manufacturing company to see and feel the new system that we shortlisted as our new program. how lucky they are... i can see how helpful they are. the smile on their face like they are very satisfied with the program. tak de muka stress pun. tak macam my HR team.. hahahaa... macam nak makan orang. and me too try hard to control my patience when handling this system. I am a good girrrllllll..... Kerja biar ikhlas. I'm willing to help other people. as ramai staff will actually comes to me instead of HR when HR person menyinga... :-)

My 100% hope that we can finalise everything by next week. I'm sure my schedule will be bz until the system live.. but i'm ready with it. my 120% commitment that you'll never get from me... hehhee..! and off course some merit & promotion yeeeee... boss.
