Ada banyak benda yang mempengaruhi hidup kita ni. especially dalam masa bekerja. ada kala kita malas sangat nak buat kerja, ada kala tersangat rajin.. Adakala kita bersifat lepas tangan disebabkan malas nak ambik tahu, tak minat, no concerned dengan kita, kalau tak buat pun tak jadi hal especially kalau kita ada backup person. ada kalanya benda yang bukan kerja kita pun, kita sibuk-sibuk nak buat. ada yg sbb mmg pennyibuk, ada yang memang sibuk2 nak buat sebab very interest dengan jobs tu.
Same as me here... Recently there's a lot of changes in company organization as well as payroll team in my HR Dept. Me is only IT person who admin the payroll system, which is my knowledge on HR at first is zero. The first place you go when you joined the company is HR. HR kira gaji orang. HR managed orang, HR managed the company, HR rules the company. Janji bulan2 dapat gaji... as simplest as that.
But then after joined payroll team, i guess my point of view also change 360 degree's. Payroll process is not easy like ABC 123. It's complicated... and more complicated when the system cannot support your requirement... dang! It's even worst when one after another mistakes happened. It's already 8 wonderful years, error and mistakes handling people's money still makes me creeky and junky when comes payroll time. Yarksss.. i don't like kira duit orang. I just like it when i received the money in cash! Give me the money...!
It's even the worst-worst feeling you have when you as IT admin cannot do anything about the system. arrghh... such a bad feeling, like want to throw yourself out of the earth when your user said stupid system you hanle. And a why question.. kenapa lah aku yang handle system ni... yarksss tak sukanyaaa.. nak pengsan rasa.. My consultant said that i dah jadi HR team, semua kerja HR you buat, you should mintak transfer to HR Dept! errr...errr HR yang tak nak i my dear. Diorang nak guna i for free cost i guess. My salary paid by IT dept.
By the way, these few days i got a chance to visit 3 big manufacturing company to see and feel the new system that we shortlisted as our new program. how lucky they are... i can see how helpful they are. the smile on their face like they are very satisfied with the program. tak de muka stress pun. tak macam my HR team.. hahahaa... macam nak makan orang. and me too try hard to control my patience when handling this system. I am a good girrrllllll..... Kerja biar ikhlas. I'm willing to help other people. as ramai staff will actually comes to me instead of HR when HR person menyinga... :-)
My 100% hope that we can finalise everything by next week. I'm sure my schedule will be bz until the system live.. but i'm ready with it. my 120% commitment that you'll never get from me... hehhee..! and off course some merit & promotion yeeeee... boss.

Branded Vs Cap Ayam
Saja nak cerita ni.. Hari tu beli baju untuk Fahda harga dalam RM25.90 kat Giant Shah Alam. Anyway baju tu sangat cantik. suka sangat. Brand BINBI. eheee.. cap ayam aje, locally made sbb jual dalam Giant aje. Fahda pun suka sbb material nya tak panas & very nice color... dah pakai 3-4 kali dah..
Tapi semalam jenjalan dengan Fahda di store Alam Sentral, jumpa baju yang sama, material yg sama, exactly. cuma brand aje yang lain. Brand B.U.M.. harganya RM59.90. Mak aii... biar betul? sape copy sape ni... Sape tipu sape ni?

Farah's Milestone.. yeayyy!
Farah will be 5 months this 24th May 2011. My big girl ni actually dah delay track... i'm a bit worry but i still have a confident on her. 5 months tak pandai tuurn left or right lagi. Finally last night she showed her amazing move.. chewahh.. anak mama dah pandai turn left & right! Masya-Allah... the feelings like anak ku dapat degree kot? heheee..
To my surprise she was turned sampai meniarap.. tp ada ralat skit sebab mama tak dapat tengok sbb at that time mama keluar kejap ke dapur untuk buat susu.. Sekejap aje. bila masuk bilik balik tengok dah meniarap! Waaaa... budak kecit ini tengah menangis sbb still tak boleh nak adjust kan tangan comel yang tersepit tu.. so cikiiiiiiiiiiiuuttttttt budak montel ini.
Well pagi ni kat rumah mak pun dia dah tunjuk her new skill to turn left & right.. tu belum rolling over and meniarap which i dont know when.. take your own sweet time bebehhh... I know you can do it.

Selamat Hari Isnin.. yang stresss
Selamat Hari Isnin..
I'm sure today will be a very stressful day for me. Pagi-pagi lagi dah nak mengamuk pulak. Entahlah cuti semalam macam penat walaupun duduk rumah aje. Mana taknya cuti tapi stress pulak sangat. RUmah ku macam tongkang pecah. Tak sudi nak jemput sesiapa datang rumah sekarang walaupun mak abah sendiri.. hehehe... Rasa macam nak ambik cuti sehari, sbb nak kemas rumah dari A to Z. Mata tak larat pandang setiap sudut rumah ada barang. tak tersusun... wallaaaa...
Disebabkan rumah bersepah, minda pun berserabut jugak. Hari ni tertinggal uniform kat rumah. Dah sampai rumah mak baru perasan. So terpaksa lah patah balik ke rumah. dah lah tadi pusing2 hantar fahda gi sekolah dulu sbb jammed kat traffic light. Traffic light tu pun pandai meragam on Monday morning.... nasib baik En. Suami tak bising. Kalau tak lagi stress aku dengar dia membebel..
tetiba sampai kat ofis bos tanya pasal evaluation. Kalau maternity evaluation KPI rank down tak? hah?? Dulu kisahnya HR ni buat rules, kalau maternity, evaluation for the year akan rank down 1 level. maknanya PI amount nanti akan turun, bonus pun turun.. hmm.. fed-upnya dengar. dahlah hari tu masa maternity diorang deduct PI aku, Total RM1400, 4 kali deduct. Gaji bulan 4 ni baru abis deduct.
now semua nak rank down, patut masa pregs hari tu aku tak yah buat ape-ape..dtg goyang kaki aje boleh? Aku tak ambik tahu pun sebenarnya. Sekarang kena batang hidung sendiri baru aku nak bising....
arrghh stresss.. stress...

Makanan Pertama Baby Farah
Sekarng ni mama tengah sbuk menimba ilmu mengenai baby' first food. Arrghh dah lama tinggalkan memang lupa sungguh segalanya.
Lagi 2 bulan baby genap 6 months so persediaan tu kena ada, ilmu pun kena ada. Kalau boleh this time mama plan untuk menyediakan sendiri makanan untuk baby. Tak mahulah depends on bubur bijirin baby, nestum, or whatever in the market. My baby dah dapat tu semua from susu botol. Campur air dan kacau..! easy maa.. mcm susu botol aje.. kandungannya tak natural. Dahlah tak rasa susu badan, sampai sekarang rasa sedih bila teringat baby tak nak susu badan... So now it's time for balance the food intake, natural food for her.

Selamat Hari Pekerja..
semalam... Selamat Hari Pekerja untuk semua..
hari ini.. Sepatutnya pekerja bercuti satu hari.. tp as a mother, we are never have our own leave. Today is Fahda's Sri Pintar Sports' Day. Wallaaa.. macam biasa harus berjemur tepi padang lah jawabnya. Hpe this year will be better organizer.
Last year was OK but the weather was too hot. sampai pening2 dibuatnya. anyway last year my weight is about 73kg. hahhaaa.. at that time belum tahu lagi pregnant. So memang amats gemukss laaa.. this year i am 10 kg lesser on the field.. eeeii ape ni nak citer pasal sport day melalut pasal weight pulak.. ni betul2 obses menguruskan badan nih...
well see ya... nanti update on Fahda's sport day pulak..!
